The Project Manager – Content & Creative is responsible for managing and overseeing projects from the initial ideation through to completion. In this role, you’ll be spending your days on digital, editorial, broadcast, and integrated productions as well as balancing the needs of internal teams with the desired creative outcome.

You strive to drive projects forward, you have attention to detail and you like to stay on top of what is going on in each phase of the project you are leading. The role can be based in Zurich, Berlin, or London.

Your Team:

We’re the friend who shows you where to find city adventures, the run crew captain who won’t let you slow into the finish, the trail runner who pushes you to the summit to soak up the sunrise. We love getting to know our community and finding out what they want and need. We’re always looking for new, interesting ways to communicate our products – so if you have an idea that could be our new secret weapon, speak up and run with it (literally)!

We’re big thinkers and change-makers, constantly reinventing how we do things – questioning the status quo and finding new ideas to try as inspiration strikes us.

Your Mission:

  • Participate in Creative Development and Production meetings, to help ensure the viability of a concept to be produced and find ways to make the difficult easy and the impossible possible.

  • Experience running a variety of projects across multiple channels; working closely with the team in all business aspects of content production (broadcast, OLV, digital, experiential, media integration projects, etc.) which includes production estimates, vendor purchase orders, management of invoices, monitoring production costs and reconciling/closing jobs upon completion.

  • Partner with the Studio, Production, Campaign, Design, and Project Lead, to streamline project workflows for day-to-day, as well as long term planning.

  • Develop and own project plans.

  • Negotiate vendor contracts and SOWs, directly with production companies and outside vendors, ensuring vendor agreements align with internal requirements.

  • Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and coordinate payments for talent.

  • Schedule, plan and organize creative WIPs/reviews.

  • Assess project risk on an ongoing basis, building contingency plans and escalating issues as required.

  • Coordinate “real people” talent involvement with the production.

  • Daily and weekly tracking of ongoing project scopes, resources, risks, and finance.

  • Stay current on issues associated with marketing for brands (licensing, Intellectual property, social media rules/legal issues, rights of privacy/publicity).

  • Managing day-to-day tasks and processes with great attention to detail.

Your Story:

  • At least 3 years of experience at a creative advertising agency or in an in-house marketing team.

  • Strong analytical skills – even in the most ambiguous situation, you make educated decisions, using data to identify the root cause of a problem before creatively and efficiently identifying the solutions with the biggest possible impact.

  • Project management experience, able to quickly transition between projects and different clients. Responsible, resilient and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of projects while always delivering the WOW.

  • A proven track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations. A positive team player, with a growth mindset.

  • Exceptional written, negotiation, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients, and vendors. Open-minded, respectful, and a great listener, you’re a master at expressing yourself – both verbally and through the written word.

  • Experience managing content management systems & assets, and working with localization managers/teams.

  • Calling you an expert in MS Excel, Power Point, and Asana doesn’t even begin to do your knowledge and experience justice.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, and follow-through skills.

  • You like things to run smoothly – and with your organizational skills, they always do. Totally focused, you manage your priorities like a pro.
