As the fastest growing running brand on the planet, we have also seen our shoes, apparel, and accessories transition into streetwear; and we are looking for someone that can drive the strategy in Europe.
Your Team:
We are a team of marketing professionals building the Performance All Day here at On. We combine brand and product management expertise with a strong passion for the most sought after high-end and contemporary high-street fashion trends. Our goal is to introduce a new approach to the lifestyle market.
Your Mission:

Develop a Pan-EU strategy for the Performance All Day and execute consumer marketing initiatives – collaborating with the local Marketing Leads to develop the yearly go-to-market plan.

Drive brand awareness – work closely with our strategic high-end partners to help deliver the best in class partner campaigns.

Cross-functional cooperation with our Retail Innovation, Trade Marketing, Regional Marketing Leads, PR, and Events teams.

Act as a lifestyle market expert in order to proactively determine how to best drive customer engagement and business impact across the European market.

Manage, analyze, improve, and scale mechanics to drive engagement across our EU lifestyle business.
Your Story:

Experience building and executing trend relevant go-to-market strategy in the lifestyle world – you know the European market in and out.

Project management expertise to drive campaigns and product drops.

Experience managing high-end accounts and partnerships – identifying and selecting collaborators to drive the brand.

Proficiency in working with cross-functional groups – product, design, development, retail, sales, marketing teams.

You bring a mix of skills in brand development, brand strategy, brand direction, and product management.

You live and breathe the lifestyle fashion world, are business development savvy, and combine it with knowledge on what cultural impact fashion has on communities.
