Digital Project Manager

At a Glance:

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join the Digital Product Team in Zürich or Berlin. In this role, you will work alongside a team of Product Managers, User Researchers, Designers, and Developers to create the next digital innovation for On. Together with the Product Managers, you will create the program roadmap and make sure projects are shipped in time, scope, and budget. You will support the Product Managers by setting the crucial priorities and missions, managing stakeholders, and providing the teams’ necessary details. In addition, you oversee all streams’ entire project plan and have an eye for the details on top of it. 

Your Team:

As you might expect from a sports brand, the E-Commerce team at On is fast-paced. This team of interdisciplinary all-stars is used to rapid turnaround times and ambitious targets. From backend/frontend engineers to designers, product managers, data scientists, and digital marketing specialists, this is the team responsible for creating winning digital products and campaigns that run the purchase funnel’s length. The shared goal? Efficient growth at high speed – what else?

Your Mission:

• Own the project plan and with excellent comms skills ensure all members internally and externally transparently know where we are at in the plan
• Making sure products and features are shipped in scope, time, and budget
• Managing new requests and the overall digital backlog in close collaboration with PM team 
• Spotting risks and opportunities early on and resolving potential conflicts 
• Collaborate closely with the team of product managers, designers, writers, and developers to improve On’s digital experiences
• Challenge and align the different streams on an epic and story level
• Supporting the Product Management in their day to day work with the team and joining the teams’ stand-up and scrum meetings

Your Story:

• 5+ years of experience in an agency, consultancy, or direct-to-consumer brand as Program Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager
• Experience in SCRUM and Kanban
• You have deep knowledge about Agile Project Management
• Google Docs, Jira, Asana, Slack are your day-to-day tool kit
• You possess strong communication skills and can express the thinking behind your projects as well as present updates to a broad audience and stakeholders
• Managing internal and team-external stakeholders is your daily business
• Conflict resolution skills, constantly spot risks, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to challenge and not afraid to confront to get the project on track
• Excellent time-management skills with a clear perspective of your roadmap
