We are excited to offer the position of Sales Rep General Sporting Goods to an entrepreneurial member of our growing On Japan team. Together with our accounts, On wants to inspire runners and sports enthusiasts all over Japan.
Your Team:
You will work with our Sales and Marketing team, and the Happiness Delivery team in Japan. You will become a true partner to the top running, sports goods stores, focusing on positive results.
Our office located in Yokohama Kanagawa.
Your Mission:
- Expansion of On brand recognition together with marketing team.
- Creating and executing short(annual) and long range (5 years) business plan and align with accounts.
- Analyze sales, inventory, and store conditions of clients on a weekly basis and make appropriate delivery proposals
- Develops and proposes annual plans and sales promotion plans based on analysis of client sales
- Communicate smoothly with clients and On Japan team
- Lead and make a preparation for sell-in meeting and monthly business meeting.
Your Story:
- Analytical way of thinking based on data is mandatory.
- Well versed with Excel for Data analysis
- At least 3 years of sales experience in large chain stores Running industry experience preferred
- Native or fluent (JLPT N1) in Japanese, business level English is preferred
