At a Glance:


We are looking for a Customs Operations Specialist to join our Global Customs team. You will work closely with our Supply Chain, Development and Warehouse teams as well as our Suppliers and Customs Brokers to assure that our end-to-end operations are customs compliant. You will be part of the creation and mainstreaming of new customs processes, guidelines, and systems that will be implemented across the company.

Your Mission:


  • Collect, prepare, review and archive all customs documentation inbound and outbound shipments to ensure completeness and correct information
  • Be the main point of contact for our customs brokers, provide customs documentation for every shipment and ad hoc support on daily requests.
  • Assure that preferential COOs are provided on time, and correctly.
  • Prepare commercial invoices for customs valuation purposes across the supply chain.
  • Create processes to streamline our customs operations for greater efficiency and accountability.


Your Story:

  • 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Customs, or Import and Export process
  • You have successfully completed a degree in international management, logistics or economics or you have a customs broker background/license
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage cross-functional topics, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Able to deal with different stakeholders, excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical issues to non-experts
  • Passionate about setting up seamless processes, and assure information flow
  • Problem solving mindset and good project management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in warehouse management is a plus
