You will promote and sell Wilson Racquet & Team Sports complete 360° Range products within the assigned geographic area, product range and list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.

• Achieving the seasonal sales and distribution targets in the Netherlands

• Meeting the seasonal key product category objectives in sales and distribution

• Developing a local plan to follow Wilson brand guidelines, strategies, and priorities

• Take care the customer relationship both for the commercial and grassroots aspects

• Strong collaboration with assigned geographic area, to be active in the hand over in distribution, strategies, and targets

• Developing and maintaining close cooperation with Wilson Central Team and great working relationships with key personnel in each account

• Increasing and maximizing Wilson in-store brand presence and image with both customers and consumers

• Analyzing and reporting Competitors distribution, in-store presence and offer

• On seasonal basis prepare and review customer performance report

• Keeping Market Manager informed of trade related information on an ongoing basis

• Customizing sales strategy: articulate & effective in presenting Wilson offering considering the retailer’s needs

• Visiting premium customers frequently to monitor and drive in-store presence & sell-through


• High School Degree

• At least 5 years of experience in sales (expertise)

• Experience in Racketsport is preferable

• Fluent in English language

• Good knowledge of IT systems (Microsoft office) and fast in learning new tools (Sales Portal, B2B).


• Target oriented: always setting desired advances and planning to achieve them

• Preparing customized plans and presentations for Premium customer
