Let’s Talk about the Role

The e-Commerce Merchandise Manager is responsible for executing e-Commerce trading and merchandising strategies through campaigns/commercial/development activities across TNF EMEA website.

You will head up one of the online commercial pillars, this is achieved through driving business/digital KPI’s and a gold standard consumer journey.

This role requires a proven track record in using digital merchandising tools and analytics with the ability to clearly brief into marketing/IT development teams.

How you will make the difference

The role is a mix of commercial focus and digital operational activity:

  • Work closely with Director of eCommerce Merchandising to drive Pillar performance across TNF EMEA websites.
  • Able to lead the commercial pillar, liaising with marketing, UX, loyalty, eCom operations and product/buying teams to drive online results.
  • Help to define seasonal merchandising calendar, focusing on Go-to-Market activation and commercial tactics
  • Lead promotional and sales activation.
  • Work with 3rd party technology partners to optimise performance – looking for enhancements to increase performance.
  • Work with other merchandising teams on Internal workflow processes – maintaining the Pillar operational standards and activity
  • Manage online merchandising tools and stay abreast of digital technology developments, working to solve issues and site bugs
  • Support SEO eCommerce strategy
  • Support feedback for partners such as and digital accounts/buying/planning
  • Line management accountabilities

What you need to succeed

  • Previous line management experience within a digital role/environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Previous experience with digital merchandising tools & working with IT support teams
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for trends.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and able to handle workload independently.
