Dickies EMEA is looking for an exceptional Manager Digital Performance to join our eCommerce team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
You, as a Manager Digital Performance, will respond to the Head of eCommerce and manage a team of two associates: Content Marketing Specialist and CRM Trainee.
The scope of the role is to lead the set-up and execution of our Digital Strategy, ensuring our ecom represents the best and most pinnacle experience of our brand.
You will develop and constantly improve the acquisition, activation, revenue and retention strategy of dickieslife.com performance marketing channels such as SEM, social, display, affiliate as well as SEO to ensure a healthy mix and engagement across the conversion rate funnel.
As a Manager Digital Performance, you will be instrumental in driving our precision initiatives and secure a growing YoY ROI for our Digital Media Operations. The role includes therefore agency relationships management as well as digital marketing budget responsibility. As a team you will be responsible to optimize our customer journey from acquisition to retention and lead the set-up of our Customer Lifecycle Management strategy.
Working with Dickies Brand Team, you will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
As this is a start-up environment, you should be a self-starter and an entrepreneur – someone who is not afraid to get your hands dirty. You should have good business acumen and a commercial mindset to grow the business to greater heights.
How You Will Make a Difference

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities and derive conclusions for the growth and optimization of digital activities.

Plan and execute all ecommerce acquisition, including media, SEM, SEO, CRM,

Coordinate the team into our Customer Lifecycle Management and Content Marketing expansion.
Media Strategy:
-
Build and implement the guiding principle for audience first media planning based on ROI guidelines.

Improve execution internally and with agencies through streamlined processes, improved analytics, and cross-market KPIs and ROIs
-
Implement and utilize best practice toolsets and frameworks that allow continuous optimization of organic and paid media traffic.

Optimize spend and performance based on continuous testing, identified trends and consumers insights.
Campaign and content management:
-
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Work closely with our Brand, Product and Trade teams in managing our ECommerce content calendar from planning to execution.

Lead your team towards a constant improvement of our E-Comm content quality and efficiency with the final goal to ensure best presentation of our brand and products on the site, tell stories that sell and build brand preference/differentiation.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Ensure the eCommerce team is influencing the digital content creation to the highest standards across all parts of the funnel.
CRM / CLM:

Working closely with Brand and VF central team, set-up a clear development and activation roadmap toward the end goal to expand our customer database and increase our retention.

Collaborate with our global team in the set-up and execution of our CLM strategy.
Data Analytics & Reporting:

Measure results of traffic generation activities. Utilize a reporting framework to evaluate dimensions such as awareness, engagement and purchasing behaviour.

Ensure a data driven approach to track, analyze and report eCommerce performance with focus on geographies evolution, acquisition channel KPIs development and performance budget efficiency.
Budget management:
-
Develop revenue projections as part of our annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts that deliver planned growth and ROI targets.

Set and monitor weekly ROAS targets by channel and market.
Skills for Success
-
University degree in the field of Business or equivalent.
-
5+ years of experience in Paid Media, in-house or at a leading traffic agency.

Deep understanding of SEO value and best practices.
-
Advanced experience with digital marketing in a brand environment.
-
Experience in eCommerce
-
Fluent English, both verbally and written
-
Proven experience of planning campaigns and execution on digital products front ends

Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
-
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
-
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) as well as data visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

Experience in managing programmatic/DV360 campaign.
