PROJECT QUALITY MANAGER BOOTS (M/F/D)
In this role you will be part of the Atomic Boot Business Unit specifically working in Quality Management focused on Alpine, Touring and XC boot products throughout their development, production and successful sell out in the marketplace. Your task will be to ensure our products meet the jointly specified quality criteria demanded by our Business Unit, industrial organization, consumers, customers, and athletes alike.
KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- The transfer of target end users’ needs into quality KPIs, metrics and deliverables for design, development, function, production/sourcing and logistics for final product or their associated parts
- Quality assurance through exhaustive testing of products and parts with colleagues, consumers, athletes, and trade partners
- Communication of results and actions with the appropriate team members and suppliers
- Provide quality control for sample and serial production
- Monitor and understand the Alpine, Touring and XC boot engineering and manufacturing process
- Work under given quality, cost and release date targets
YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Completed studies (university/technical college) Quality Engineering and/or similar
- Specific work experience with a focus on Quality Control
- High product affinity, sound understanding of consumer needs and commercial markets
- Sound proficiency in MS Office
- Business-fluent German & English skills required
- Team player with a pro-active and collaborative working style
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Competent Alpine/XC Skier

The annual collective agreement’s minimum salary for this position is € 38.000 gross. Depending on your personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess thereof for this responsible activity and opportunities for development in a globally active group of companies.
