We are excited to offer the position of Sales Representative to an entrepreneurial new member of On’s Norway team. You will work in the field representing and developing the brand with our B2B business partners (sport shops, general sporting goods stores, etc.) in the Mid and North part of Norway (key cities: Trondheim, Molde, Ålesund, Bodø and Tromsø). In this role, we’re looking for a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged.

Your Mission:
- Being responsible for all sales activities and the identification of new business opportunities
- Organise and execute sell-in meetings with our partners, with a strong focus on sell-in and sell-out throughout the year
- Active relationship management with our B2B partners
- Administration and Data management in our CRM system
- Close collaboration with our Trade Marketing and Brand Representative Department
Your Story:
- At least 2-3 years experience within a retail related industry, ideally in Sport or Fashion
- A passion for bringing sales initiatives to life in order to reach overall sales target
- Self-driven approach to organise the operational relationship management
with our partner, including meeting planning and execution, data analysis and activation - Building and maintaining relationships is one of your strengths and helps you to effectively connect to our retail partners, media, and marketing partners.
- Ability to excite our partners about the brand with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Norwegian and English is a must
- Driving license
