The CRM & Loyalty Senior Manager will play a leadership role in establishing a
best-in-class CRM & Loyalty programme for total VF in the EMEA region, partnering with brand and central teams across functions (eCommerce, Retail, Brand Communication, Data & Analytics), in strong collaboration with Digital Technology partners and external agencies.
How you will make the difference:
Oversee eMail marketing and Loyalty programs across brands. Act as expert consultant for the brands, identify best practi
ces, share & re-apply. Identify quick wins and support brands to execute them. Drive a culture of innovation, constant optimization and testing.
Lead the central eMail Marketing Activation team in EMEA. Manage the team’s activities ensuring to organize the workload according to brand’s priorities. Follow Agile principles in terms of planning and communication with internal stakeholders.><
li>Support the expansion of Loyalty programs in the region. Cooperate with brand and central teams to expand loyalty into new markets and to enhance the engagement opportunities with a customer-centric approach.
Drive growth and quality of the customer database. Oversee acquisition strategies, database management and maintenance. Define and track KPIs related to capture rate, profile completion and database hygiene. i>
Develop and implement a solid customer segmentation strategy across brands to maximize revenue and customer lifetime value. Partner with internal teams to foster the adoption of advanced segmentation methods.
Design and execute the most effective communication & engagement programs for the specific segments, including welcome, re-activation, cross
d up- selling, etc. moving customers up the value ladder.
Partner with Global Digital Technology teams. Share regional needs for new enhancements based on ROI. Facilitate the brand’s adoption of existing capabilities.
Promote a culture of Customer Analytics to inform business decisions and identify short, mid, and long term opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
What you need to s
We are looking for a CRM/CLM marketing professional with tangible experience gained preferably within the sportswear, fashion, or apparel industries and strong track record of results.
Bachelor’s degree (Master a plus) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Fluent in English with solid writing and oral skills (German, Frenc
lian or other top European languages a plus).
Demonstrated superior analytical and quantitative skills.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Leadership attitude to engage & influence stakeholders as needed to “make things happen”.
Proven people management ski
At least 5 years’ experience in a senior-level role in CRM or Loyalty marketing (Subscription commerce a plus)
Experience in managing and optimizing eMail marketing campaigns (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)
Experience in running loyalty program operations (Cheetah Loyalty a plus)
Advanced technical analytical skills: cross-
attribution, database segmentation, predictive.
Superior organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
Experience on financial analysis and putting together business case/reco’s.
A history of using consumer data to drive marketing and sales outcomes or consumer experiences.
Well versed in business intelligence, marketing and retail analytics, digital marketing.
Expertise on project management a plus
