VF Corporation is looking for an experienced Senior Manager Partnership Store & Franchise Operations to join our Retail Store Operations team in Stabio, Switzerland.

As a Senior Manager Partnership Store & Franchise Operations, you will be responsible for:

Enable & support the definition and implementation of a corporate

PSS operations strategy

Manage and maintain essential processes that enable the business to operate and thrive.

Drive key governance processes to ensure execution within agreed guidelines and processes

Set up and define data validation (audit) checks and ensuring consistent brand compliance and completeness is guaranteed

Standardize & facilitate the PSS onboarding process

Initiate and maintain vendor relationship/success processes in close collaboration wi

th the related product teams

Identify opportunities in existing processes/systems to increase efficiency and productivity by developing and leading continuous improvement initiatives across all service providers and initiate best practices sharing across PSS/franchise partners and internally within VF in EMEA

Facilitate financial performance metrics consolidation and data sharing.

Support Franchise/Brand team


to prioritize and drive new (country) implementations

Be the central point of contact for brand PSS/Franchise teams for all project coordination and PSS/Franchise related training.

The creation and updates of franchise partner specific briefing documents for both internal and PSS/Franchisee use.

Develop a comprehensive retail toolbox for future use.

Help to align the PSS/Franchise “retail” capabilities with our owned & operated retail footprint.


Skills for success:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

3-5 years of “on hands” Operations experience is required.

Advanced Excel skills.

Previous experience working with a franchise and license setup is a must, alternatively, deep retail experience with large, glob

al b

randed retail organization would be an advantage.

Experience working with technical and business teams for requirements gathering is a plus.

Multi-channel experience is desirable.

SAP/Cognos knowledge is a plus.

Exposure to consultancy with retail or internal FMCG project exposure is a plus.

Proven track record in relationship management and organizational skills.

Fluent in English both in writing and verbal communication.
