Let’s Talk about the Role

The Key Account Manager will help develop and build strong partnerships by implementing th

e Icebreaker Sales and Marketing strategy in the UK and ROI for designated accounts.

You will own & lead the strategic account plan, ensuring complete execution and align seasonal initiatives to the overall EMEA GTM strategy. Deep market knowledge will help you in this role as well as the ability to provide in depth analysis which, in turn, will help you develop seasonal account action plans.

How You Will Make a Difference

d distribution objectives, financial and non-financial

You will plan, control, and execute activities to hit the required sales targets and the desired profit margins

You will collaborate with other stakeholders such as with the marketing team to drive the in-store brand presence, in order to ensure excellent brand consumer awareness and connection

You will develop relationships with other departments such as Credit Control and Customer Service to deliver a pre

mium service

You will analyse and provide a contribution to the forecasting and planning process. Provide weekly/monthly booking and shipping forecasts liaising with buyers and merchandisers. Provide full year by season and style/colour sales projections

The ability to build relationships and influence internally and externally

The capability to drive results and with a strategic mindset, demonstrating growth

An understanding of apparel, fashion ideally with an understanding of multi-door / department store accounts

An awareness of data and its importance in analysis and planning

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree are

nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
