This role provides Altra leadership with analysis regarding critical Sales, Supply Chain, Product Merchandising & Marketing information through the utilization of best practice frameworks, processes and analytics, to keep sales managers and relative departments informed about any needs by markets, major issues or problems to be solved or which need improvement.
Be a reference point for markets in case of questions / problems / issues in day to day business.
Work with CS and sales in the maintenance of distributor and strategic account records and email group lists.
Coordinate the work flow between sales, marketing, product and the markets in order to execute the GTM Process and any other special ini
tiatives or projects which aim to increase brand awareness and ensure distribution strategies are aligned/communicated.
Provide and support with the training of new markets / sales force making sure that processes and procedures are understood and followed.
Closely monitor monthly/quarterly shipping status and releases with Credit Control, Customer Service, Operations and the markets.
Coordinate with markets and r
elative EMEA Departments to minimize delays/issues and ensure smooth, timely flow of orders. Identify and communicate opportunities/risks to managers.
Responsible for all basic internal scheduled reports to the Management Team and to the Sales Force (Shipments, Order book, Reorders, Preseason, Cancellations)
Responsible for the creation of Dashboards and PowerPoints used in Management meetings

Support in the financial process (Strategic Plan, Budget, Forecast, Preseason report, Seasonal Details …)
Take care of the accuracy of the customer terms and condition
Manage internal Sales timelines (driver of the company time line)
Coordinating reports with other Department (Customer Service, Credit , Marketing, Merchandising): Support with creation of the requested reports

Work with EMEA sales HQ team on preparation of various reports and/or presentations from time to time (report downloads / analysis, historical figures, order status, strategic account)
Support in preparing rationale for various market requests for sales manager dis/approval as needed, i.e. requests for discounts, order cancellations, return/credit note requests by markets
li>Build a working rapport with the market head-contact people and participate when required in seasonal events – product launches, tradeshows, product, marketing or other department meetings. Set up and lead selected individual distributor break-out meetings at events to gather feedback about business / challenge plans, etc.Ensure orders received by markets comply with merchandising requirements if applicable

Establish and maintain consistent communication procedures for sales campaign announcements/updates to ensure markets have the necessary tools and brand updates to drive sales.
Provide support in organizing sales materials, literature and attendees at Sales Meetings. Chase markets to place orders on time and track vs. forecast / targets, highlighting any key issues to managers
ck seasonal sample and catalogue orders placed by markets. Liaise with Samples Dept. and markets to ensure on-time deliveries and pick-ups at the start of each sales campaign
Collaborate with Samples Dept. to organize the European samples sales
Lead the seasonal Sales Meetings
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
Education: University Degree, preferably in Statistics or Economics
Experience: Two plus years’ experience in a role supporting selling teams. This type of experience should include sales analysis and customer service supervision. Experience with sales analyst and sales tracking from a data perspective is a plus.
Language skills: English, an additional foreign Language woul
d be a plus
Strong analytical skills and mindset
Tecnology skills: Strong ability to tell the business story using Power Point with analytical details utilizing Excel. Experience with enterprise reporting tool (Cognos) would be a plus.
Strong passion, dedication, dynamism, proactivity and personal initiative are a must
