Manager Digital Wholesale Solutions (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Interface between Customer Service, Marketing, GTM, Sales, IT and Europe Sales Development

• Single point of contact for all technical inquiries in the cluster

• Digitally onboard and create new customers in the systems

• Provide market specific product packages and assortments to present key highlights

• Upload/provide digital marketing campaigns to match the yearly brand calendar based on inputs from sales and marketing

• Consolidate and manage improvement requests for CLICK from your cluster and actively promote them to the European team

• Regularly provide overviews and reports for CLICK

• Netsales achieved via CLICK

• NPS (net promoter score) of the customers

• Customer activity on the platform

• Drive and execute all internal and external communication about CLICK (customer mailings, administrate internal communication)

• Educate and train Sales and Customer-Service Colleagues on CLICK

• Promote system improvements and development through providing cluster expertise to European stakeholders and participation in functionality testing (UAT), workshops and meetings for new functionalities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of Office-Tools (especially Excel)

• Profound IT-knowledge in SAP and Salesforce

• Affinity to digital tools and e-processes

• Functional experience in relevant business area (e.g. Customer Service, Operations, Finance, IT, Sales)

• Strong communication- & presentation skills

• Good organizational and analytical skills

• Fluent in English and German

• Proactive and independent working style

• Commercial and industry knowledge

• Experience in successful stakeholder- and project management are an advantage

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• University degree in business preferred, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience

• Ideally proven track record in digital

• 3-4 years of experience within Customer Service or any operational sales position

• Good understanding of sell in process in the textile industry
