Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

The Manager Quality & Service Europe works independently as key contact for all quality & service related topics for all European DCs and channels. This includes management of market requests and claims, product & process quality. Special Market requests and projects (eg. Market to market transfers) need to be driven and coordinated between various stakeholders across the entire organization. The position must define, monitor and analyze Key KPIs.


  • Lead DC Quality & Service team
  • Harmonize quality & service processes amongst EDCs
  • Supervise the correct, customer-oriented and timely processing of customer complaints and claims (including escalation management) as well as the initiation and following-up of derived corrective and preventive measures 
  • Own quality reporting for all DC related flows across all European DCs, ensuring availability of data in the required level of granularity
  • Supervise the use of correct and efficient procedures for product warehouse claims from the claim investigation until the final cost break down including the blocking of stock in the DC, the coordination of DC internal or external reworks as well as the preparation of claims documents 
  • Regularly present and discuss quality & service topics with DC management to define necessary actions & changes within systems, reporting and processes
  • Act as DC representative in SCM projecs and support the implementation of new efficient DC processes in close collaboration with operational departments and stakeholders

  • English and ideally German language skills in speaking and writing

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Management or equal education within logistics
  • Min. 3 years management experience in the logistics area or Supply Chain Management incl. people leadership
