The team leading this effort is Digital Partner Commerce (DPC).  

As Senior Manager Transformation DPC, you are responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of key business programs and actively managing the prioritization required for this new part of our business to be successful and continuously deliver value to the organization, our customers and consumers.

Success is empowering the DPC team with the right processes, tools and necessary resources to deliver programs with direct impact on sales and market share. 

Key Responsibilities:

Scope:  Drive delivery of programs and initiatives by providing the framework, process and tools to enable planning, execution and results tracking 

Program Delivery 

  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects through effective application of PMI / Agile methodology and programming tools  
  • Provide goal-setting framework to develop detailed execution plans including roadmap, deliverables, milestones and success metrics 
  • Oversee briefing of DPC requirements into cross-functional teams to ensure joint prioritization and to secure the resources / capacity required to execute programs 
  • Drive continuous improvement of process and tools to improve team effectiveness 

Resource Planning 

  • Facilitate demand discussions and manage resource allocation (internals and externals) across DPC functions to deliver programs 
  • Lead the organizational design exercise to evolve set-up based on business needs and goals 
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate team workload and organizational efficiency 

Program Controlling 

  • Moderate process for review and prioritization of programs based on business needs 
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to track delivery of programs against predefined KPIs 
  • Monitor project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) and implement corrective or preventive actions 
  • Proactively identify interdependencies, perform risk assessment and drive resolution of conflicts 


  • Prepare regular progress updates to the Executive Board & Senior Leadership Team, creating transparency of what has been delivered, and the business impact created 
  • Act as single point of contact for cross functional teams e.g., Digital Transformation Office, Digital Sales Solutions, Global Sales Head Office 
  • Manage change within programs using appropriate and effective communication methods to ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented

  • Good understanding of adidas end-to-end processes preferred

  • Appropriate leadership skills to motivate, support and coach teams / individuals to achieve goals   
  • Practical experience applying Agile working methods e.g., OKR, Sprints
  • Practical experience applying programming methodologies e.g., PMI 
  • Proficient use of programming tools e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project
  • Will benefit from having a solid understanding of eCommerce and sales landscape 
  • Fluent English both verbally and written 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in the field of Business or equivalent (note this is not a technical or IT role) 
  • 6+ years of in-depth experience in program management with proven track record  
  • 3+ years of professional experience in sporting goods or fashion industry with B2C or B2B eCommerce experience a plus
