Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Execute the range architecture across Europe channels & category in line within global guidelines based on KPIs that include Global Brand footprint, consumer relevance, efficiency, and profitability.

Support the Director Range Architecture in the creation and definition of the range architecture framework and process.

Focus of this position will be on the analytics & strategy side of range architecure. 

Key Responsibilities:


  • Working closely with Europe BU and define number of articles allocated (total, per price brackets, per concepts, per channel, per category, per gender, per channels/AKA)  and product allocation (top, enhanced, core) guidelines for Europe including SMU, Promo
  • Assist in the the deployment of the Global CTC concepts across predefined distribution roadmap: plan concept merchandising and allocation, cross-channel and cross-category, by account/ city/ destination doors
  • Monitor concept deployment execution including customer allocation and product segmentation strategy
  • Create reports on the used European pricing strategy
  • Drive a seasonal / phasing framework aligned to consumer consumption peaks and category launch requirements
  • Support in the execution of the seasonal / phasing framework aligned to consumer consumption peaks and category launch requirements
  • Collaborate with Europe Demand Planning team and SCM functions as appropriate


  • To measure progress on own KPIs

  • Previous experience in Category Management/ Merchandising/ Ranging

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional language is an advantage

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in business preferred, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
  • Category Management/ Ranging/ Merchandising Experience: 2 -3 years
  • Experience in a European market is required
