Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

The overall goal of the HR function is to create a high-performing organization where the world’s best talents want to join and stay. It is to this end that the People Insights team supports HR and Business Leaders in making better decision around people by generating actionable insights from data. We leverage state-of-the-art technology and methods to generate value from people data – both inside and outside the organization.

Your role will be to support the team in executing various People Insights use-cases as well as independently run small-scale analyses. This includes data collection from various sources, data manipulation and generating visualizations and insights for both HR and Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply your expertise in people research, analysis and data visualization
  • Translate Analytical questions into data and independently model datasets
  • Support with people analytics projects and help turning people data into actionable insights for the organization
  • Actively support Employee Experience and Employee Listening teams with domain expertise
  • Engage with business stakeholders to ensure people insights are created in a way that drives value, buy-in and action
  • Partner with other HR functions and support them with driving their business goals with the help of data
  • Partner with GBS organization on data retrieval from various internal sources
  • Actively learn about the latest trends in People Analytics & Data Analytics area

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • High degree of analytical thinking
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skill
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience in at least one modern data visualization and analytics tool (Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, …)
  • Experience with Data Manipulation tools (Alteryx, Pandas, …) or knowledge of R or Python is a plus
  • Ability to navigate complex IT Systems and data structures
  • Strong interest and self-drive in fast-paced learning and improvement of skills and capabilities

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from a relevant field of expertise (IT or Business/Digital)
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience within people analytics-projects
