POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As Supply Chain Analyst you will support Senior Director EMEA Operations in all activities, with special focus on Supply Chain and Tool implementation & enhancements. You will develop, implement and roll out new reporting tools for all operational areas and ensure global alignment, best practice sharing and roll out of training tools.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating reporting and controlling of all divisions within EMEA Amer Operations

• Participating in overall monitoring of KPIs within EMEA Amer Operations and support global KPI consistency, design and implementation for main Supply Chain relevant KPIs

• Assisting in supervision of the budgeting and forecasting process

• Developing and improving of reporting systems

• Coordinating, planning and moderating workshops and meetings

• Leading E2E projects including business alignment, technical implementation & change management

• Participation in international programs to raise synergy potentials within the Amer group (best practice sharing, training tools, reporting tools, planning tools, etc.)

• Being central contact point for any topics linked to operational reporting along the supply chain & KPI setup

• Exchanging information with Finance in terms of controlling & budgeting

YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical/commercial university degree or equivalent

• Position open for Fresh Graduates with relevant internship/apprenticeship

• Previous experience in demand and supply planning

• Good understanding of the overall operations, supply chain, S&OP global process and Customer Service function

• Experience in working in an international environment is a big plus
