  • Drive SLT decisions and follow-up

Main areas of responsibilities:

SLT/MD/Board topics:

  • Plan and maintain the European/EMEA Management Process and Calendar, different meetings cadence
  • Own 3×1 meeting and drive all Global Brands topics for overall EMEA organization
  • Secure follow-up on SLT decisions and accountability to the joint plan and agenda
  • Support MD and SLT through driving preparation of meetings and other executive management formats
  • Prepare relevant documentation to ensure the MD and SLT Team is prepared for all relevant interactions (MD meetings/ calls, Board check-ins etc.). Includes presentations, meeting support, documentation of decisions and actions, and follow-up

EMEA Strategy / BD team:

  • Activate of the EMEA Business Development network incl. communication flow and supporting key European priorities and projects across all clusters/ countries
  • Drive and manage communication framework for EMEA Strategy/BD teams including meetings, BD Fair, team events etc.
  • Leading EMEA BD team upskilling and best practice sessions
  • Contribute to simplifying and operationalizing the Europe/EMEA BD operational process
  • Support EMEA formation process

AD HOC Requests:

  • Support SLT/Board meeting preparation where needed
  • Provide ad hoc support to VP Market Strategy & Business Development on a variety of business topics

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

  • University degree in business/marketing or related field (Master/ MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in cross-functional and collaborative working (matrix organization)
  • Functional: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in functions like Brand, Sales (Market or Global)
  • Cross functional experience ideally with elements of strategic planning and execution
