This position will play a key horizontal connector and execution  role in the team, enabling sustainable consumer-centric growth and profitable business decisions in line with our direct-to-consumer led Own The Game strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly customer-facing reporting and business reviews for Retail & Franchise to monitor and create transparency of performance & KPI
  • Close partnership with all team functions to ensure high performance and create additional value
  • Drive and develop process improvements and efficiencies while combining financial feasibility, simplification, and commercial adequacy.
  • Take end-to-end-ownership of topics and feeling at ease with fast decision making while still embracing operational excellence (i.e., management of master data processes).
  • Support Franchise Finance in day-to-day business based on overall European Franchise strategy while helping steer ad-hoc European Center of Excellence tasks
  • Assist in BPM (Own Retail store business modelling) process to steer store projects financially end to end, and actively drive cooperation across channels.
  • Ensure business continuity and support in various OPEX topics during peak periods i.e. MWB, Other OOH
  • Maintain integrity of dynamic planning processes (RFC, BUD, IBP) in accordance with the group guidelines and specifications
  • Support Retail & Franchise Finance team in various tasks depending on functional priority
