VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager Diversity & Inclusion to join our people team based in Stabio, Ticino – CH. 

 

Let’s Talk about the Role 

You will be leading our IDEA program (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action) for the EMEA, co-developing and executing strategies to attract, engage and retain a powerfully diverse, talented workforce. You will drive the conversation on I&D by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, building powerful relations to make sure you can influence and inspire our leaders and teams. Inclusion and diversity is a journey, more than a series of targets and KPI, so we believe that your final goal is to unleashes the potential of all our employees to drive competitive advantage by promoting sustainable changes. 

 

How You Will Make a Difference 

You will be focusing your passion and energy on:  

 

  • Understand business implications of diversity & inclusion and determine the appropriate measures of success that align with business outcomes, challenging the status quo to embrace true change  

  • Building partnerships with our global IDEA team, regional HR and business leaders, Employees Resource Groups ERG, external stakeholders and all our associates to co-develop regional IDEA strategies and actions 

  • Coach, advice, educate, as a subject matter expert, to ensure we nurture an environment that promotes positive and inclusive behaviours at all level and in all teams 

  • Understand unique business and geographic nuances (EMEA) to tailor initiatives to enable the global IDEA strategy, while fully respecting and nurturing local and regional needs, opportunities and regulatory requirements 

  • Advice and influence HR teams to develop and implement an EMEA specific recruitment, learning, and retention plan that can transform our employee's lifecycle in an inclusive experience at any stage  

  • Act as local support and thought leader for the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program and support new initiatives in this space for all communities at all level of the organizations 

  • Partner and assist the strategic deployment of the VF Foundation to advance VF’s commitment to the betterment of people and the planet in the communities where VF operates.  Act as a Foundation liaison across the business to help identify, establish and build long-term relationships with NGOs

 

Skills for Success: 

You have an outstanding interest and expertise in diversity and inclusion with demonstrated experience in leading I&D initiatives in complex and international organizations. You are a thought leader with strong influencing and relation building skills. You are a trusted advisor.
