OMNICHANNEL COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS MANAGER (M/F)

In this position you are ensuring the integration and delivery of content, data and strategy from various sources and stakeholders into relevant systems and tools to ensure all channels are set up to operate and deliver efficiently. As the leader of the Omnichannel Commercial Operations Team and a member or the Global Commercial Team you hold an integral function within the Brand.

KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Be the central owner of the data flow and tools to serve data consumers internally and externally

• Coordinate between all stakeholders across brand, category and other parts of the organization to ensure data integrity and quality at all stages of the process

• Maintain and support the development of sales tools for the market organizations and ensure their operational readiness together with other part of the organization

• Gather business feedbacks/requests regarding tools and processes, report findings to Global Brand Omnichannel Leadership to together develop action plans

• Closely collaborate with the E-Commerce and Digital Team to ensure data and content is made available in the right formats, quality and on time

• Support E-Commerce and Retail Supply & Demand by setting up and monitoring an efficient process

• Align with other brand sales operations stakeholders for cross-brand alignment and to ensure scales and synergies are capitalized

YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

• Completed education, preferably in business (HAK/FH/University) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the sporting goods industry

• Strong and holistic understanding of all sales and planning related processes and systems• Solid knowledge of MS Office, SAP/Qlik/Magento/Sales Force/Adobe Systems as a plus

• Entrepreneurial thinking and high business acumen

• Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills

• Very good written and spoken German and English

• Passionate about skiing and the greater outdoor

The annual collective agreement’s minimum salary for this position is € 37.000 gross. Depending on your personal qualifications and vocational experience, we offer an appropriate payment in excess thereof for this highly responsible activity and opportunities for development in a globally active group of companies.
