The Full Stack Supply Co (FSSC) seeks an experienced, bright and enthusiastic Retail Partner Success Coordinator to join our team. Your primary responsibilities are to ensure we exceed our Retail Partners’ expectations, to act as the primary post-sale contact, and provide industry leading, proactive and

positive support.

Responsibilities:

1. Retail Partner Success

– Sales support for our retail partners in the GAS and Northern Europe markets (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg)

– Ensure your accounts’ contact details and sales terms are kept up to date and accurate

– Ensure all orders are correctly entered into our system, and inform our partners of any

changes to our production and delivery schedule occurs

– Onboard new accounts, and ensure our network of retail partners have access to all the relevant Sales Tools

– Resolve any issues with regards to order placement, delivery, warranties or returns

– Ensure all communications to your stores is of the highest standard

– Maximize sales opportunities thanks to your frequent conversations with our retail

Partners, you are aware of their sell through rate and make suggestions on how to

improve their experience

– Help to develop Sales Tools for our team to improve efficiency and performance

2. Marketing Support

– Work with the Head of Marketing and the Trade Marketing Manager to implement local marketing activations

– Coordinate PR and Media Tests in the GAS region, ensuring the correct products are available on time, arrange the transport and liaise with GAS journalists

– Check all German translations and text before it circulated to externals

– Support on product marketing projects such as the Collective Box
