We are looking for an outstanding Senior Manager, Sales Workwear to join our Dickies team in EMEA.

Let’s talk about the role!

You will be responsible to spearhead, build & execute Dickies workwear strategy in EMEA. You have a unique opportunity build a customer oriented marketplace strategy for Dickies iconic and authentic core business segment, reaching and enabling our customer target of independent makers in our market. With large customer and market behavioral shifts you will build a progressive retail centric, consumer driven model going forward, enabling Dickies to achieve their aspirations with their target customer’s in EMEA.

You will support and cascade our Global brand strategic choices through the marketplace of Strategic account, field sales and distributors, ensuring the holistic and integrated omnichannel logic to ensure Dickies succeeds in today’s dynamic marketplace, building customer informed, long term sustainable growth. DTC and digital is off course pivotal in your approach for reach and establishing a direct relationship with our consumers. Your focus on overall marketplace management, not traditionally channel driven, is a key factor of your success delivering on the customer opportunity for the brand.

Primary accountabilities:

* Master Marketplace Strategy processes and principles and Sales Efficiency model to deliver qualitative results are achieved accordingly.

* Lead segmentation and differentiation strategy within the current and for future distribution building the base for sustainable growth.

* Evolve sell in and sales management towards a more digital operating model, leveraging highest efficiency between distribution/customer reach and required infrastructure (physical samples, meeting, showrooms etc).

* Integrated collaboration with Dickies Marketing department to co-develop execute bespoke marketing campaigns for KA B&M accounts across all territories.

* Plan, control, and direct activities of the accounts to hit all different financial sales targets (seasonal prebook, monthly shipping, quarterly and yearly net sales).

* Utilize deep insights into business and consumer to sustain and grow business while proactively addressing opportunities and making appropriate development to EMEA Workwear market strategy.

* Deed focus on demand and supply relationship, leveraging data and retail centric process to deliver optimal conversion of demand in the market.

* Ensure market and data analysis of respective accounts are done to support pricing strategy and quantify opportunities.

* Monitor together with Credit Department financial stability and payment discipline of accounts.

* Collaborate with Customer Service and influence where needed to make sure that monthly landing is maximized.

* Achieve sales revenue plans while executing against key customer strategies.

* Manage the strategic account plan, ensure complete execution and align seasonal initiatives with Go To Market (GTM) strategy.

* Coordinates early pre-lines with product team to gather critical information on specific market trends, ensuring Dickies GTM proposition is meeting customer needs.

* Lead seasonal and annual sales forecast through use of analytics, customer information, market trends and business insights.

* Creates, maintains, and shares order book analysis, brand sell thru, margin and turn performance along with competitive set analysis. Collaboratively work to ensure optimal execution for the brand.

* Performs other miscellaneous duties upon request.

* Networking: Externally: establish and maintain top level contact with the management of existing and potential customers/ partners. / Internally (EMEA): be a source of solution and inspiration to empower collaborative workstreams with peers and managers across other functions and channels.

What you need to succeed?

* Passion for the brand and the category it represents.

* 6+ years relevant and progressive experience in Sales management and team management.

* Fluent in English, any additional foreign languages would be considered as a plus.

* Proactive and Leading by Example approach.

* Workwear market and consumer strong know-how
