Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Support BU Strategy & Head Office to create, drive and implement a strategic framework based on the brand strategy framework, by driving cross-functional projects & milestones intra BU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to develop and drive the BU strategic direction
  • Ensure communication process and follow up implementation of the BU strategy
  • Coordinate seasonal strategic marketing planning and process
  • Help manage strategic priority projects
  • Coordinate horizontal topics and projects
  • Strategic & financial analysis of potential collaborations, including the development of business cases (if applicable)
  • Support seasonal/yearly financial planning processes (range planning, budget planning)
  • Coordinate and follow up on strategic business plan implementation with BU 1st line
  • Feedback and facilitate sharing of best practices or improvement ideas
  • Brief research needs in close alignment with Brand Strategy to Intelligence Hub

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in job or job function.
